Built on a former auto workshop the office building comes to close the perspective of a large boulevard in Bucharest.

The design of the building came from the wish to embrace the former use of the land, rather than discard it completely. The ground floor will be used for public commercial rentals while the upper floors will consist of office spaces for different companies.
